Processing Time

We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment:

  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are processed and dispatched the same business day
  • Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
  • Shipping notification: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Best for: Regular orders with flexible delivery timelines

⚡ Express Shipping

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Best for: Urgent replacement filter needs

Important: Delivery times are estimates based on carrier performance and may vary depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to bring clean water solutions to families everywhere. International orders are subject to:

  • Customs duties and import taxes (paid by recipient)
  • Extended delivery times based on destination country
  • Customs clearance procedures in the destination country

FlowRight is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)
  • Order weight and dimensions

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time—check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

If you haven't received tracking information within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery problems:

  • Lost packages: Contact us immediately if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order
  • Damaged items: Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we cannot redirect packages once shipped

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FlowRight purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • ✅ Unused and in original condition
  • ✅ In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • ✅ Not opened or installed (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • ✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Opened or used filter cartridges
  • ❌ Installed water filtration systems
  • ❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • ❌ Products purchased on final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us: Email us at support@flowrightco.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship back: Send the item to the return address provided (you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective)
  5. Receive refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or incorrect items: FlowRight will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label
  • Damaged in transit: FlowRight will cover return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection: We'll inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days
  • Approval: If approved, you'll receive an email confirmation
  • Refund: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or model, please contact us. We'll process your return and you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
